14-day satisfaction guarantee
If your first draft doesn't meet the standard described on our service page, we will revise it free of charge within the included revision rounds. If you remain unsatisfied after a good-faith revision cycle, you may request a partial refund within 14 days of first delivery.
Refund tiers
- Before kickoff call: 100% refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- After kickoff, before first draft: 50% refund.
- After first draft delivered: Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on hours invested, capped at 30% of package fee.
- After final delivery: No refunds. Revisions handled per the engagement terms.
Not eligible
Refunds are not issued because of a specific employment outcome (or lack thereof), changes in personal circumstances, or requests received outside the 14-day window. Add-on services purchased separately are non-refundable once delivered.
