Your information is used solely to deliver the services you've purchased — researching your background, drafting your documents, and communicating with you. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Confidentiality
All client work is treated as strictly confidential. Career documents, salary information, and search details are accessible only to the writer assigned to your project. Sample work shown publicly is anonymized or shared with explicit client permission.
4. Data storage & security
Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Google Workspace and SOC 2-compliant providers). Access is restricted by role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication. Project files are retained for 24 months after delivery, then permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.
5. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses minimal first-party cookies for session management and privacy-respecting analytics (no third-party advertising trackers). You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting site functionality.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contactcareerascend@gmail.com. Requests are honored within 30 days.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
